How the Program Works
A clear, supportive formation structure designed to guide priests through spiritual, pastoral, and leadership growth.
Year One: Formation & Foundations
The first year focuses on personal clarity, spiritual grounding, and the essential habits of healthy pastoral leadership. Priests participate in retreats, individual coaching, and group sessions designed to strengthen identity and purpose.
Year Two: Leadership & Parish Growth
The second year shifts toward parish-building skills — vision-setting, communication, delegation, and team development. Priests learn how to lead more confidently and create long-term stability within the parish community.
