A Structured Path to Growth

First year
Year One focuses on building the personal foundation every priest needs to lead with clarity and steadiness. Through monthly one-on-one coaching, quarterly retreats, and guided peer-group sessions.
Second year
Year Two shifts toward the practical realities of parish leadership. Priests engage in leadership strategy development, learn effective delegation, and begin shaping a long-term vision for their parish.
Daily reflections
Alongside the structured program, priests follow simple daily and weekly practices that anchor their formation in everyday ministry. Prayer-based reflection help maintain spiritual grounding.
